So don’t use “It’s just a book” as an excuse for what it really is: the normalization and romanticizing of domestic abuse.  

It would be one thing if the author admitted it was a bad relationship and that it was unhealthy. But she doesn’t and didn’t and gets angry at people who criticize it.
