a few years ago my grandma called my mom and was like “hey your brother is at my house come say hi” and my mom was like “wtf I don’t have a brother” and my grandma was like “oh yeah, I didn’t tell you. I gave him up for adoption when you were 2 and he hired people to track us down so he’s at the house, come say hi” and that was the day my 47 year old mom met her 45 year old brother for the first time
