To be fair, it is a show that has a completely different tone and purpose than the source material, meant for comedy, and has episodes that only last fifteen minutes. It’s like comparing Haruhi-chan to The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Same characters, but one of the shows is much more light in tone and focuses on humor instead of character development and drama. It’s not a bad thing.

they could of just made a show insted of digging up a old one and playing with its body parts 

That could be said of a lot of cartoons. They brought back Looney Toons with The Looney Toons Show, and they’ve brought back Tom & Jerry innumerable times. And the former is definitely out of character when put in comparison with its original incarnations. I actually enjoy Teen Titans Go. It’s a good show to turn your brain off to.
