it’s wild how america is basically a dystopia but we’re conditioned almost immediately upon starting school to believe that it’s not and that it’s the pinnacle of freedom

i mean, that in itself is kind of the hallmark of a dystopian nation

What are you talking about? America doesn’t condition people, what with it’s media only putting “ideal americans” in good light and making everyone else seem like a threat, it’s government who actively resists change once someone who actually cares about people gets in office, it’s school systems designed to have people get used to a schedule and monotony, it’s insistence on how important something is like it’s a necessity and then pricing it so that if someone DOES do it, they are in debt for life and it’s mandatory pledging of allegiance to the country.

This is the pinnacle of freedom.
