In regards to the "bless the water range" post, I'd agree with your conclusion, based on the evidence within the post. As for the vampire acid thing, I'd have to say yes to that too. One of the rules is the intent on using it as holy water, and one use of holy water is harming a vampire (in some canons). The problem then becomes "What happens to the water AFTER the vampire is dealt with?"

Well, the water wold be mixed with liquid vampire after I suspect.

We never see what happens when there’s more water than vampire, we only ever know of water being splashed on vampire.

Does the water retain it’s holiness after being used to kill a vampire?

We would need to ask an expert.
