I know the concept of tulpas is older than tumblr.

But the problem is, on tumblr, they turned it in to a fad and act like it’s some real condition that needs to be respected and it honestly hurts people who have REAL mental conditions where they deal with hallucinations and multiple personalities

It’s not a game

It’s not some fun little thing to summon your waifu or some besty friend unicorn from another dimension

It’s complete agony being fractured in to multiple minds like this
