when people think it’s okay to shove their characters against someone elses’ characters when you aren’t personally friends with the owner of those characters.
Like, no, why are you trying to sneak your way into their story. Stop.
They don’t know you. They aren’t your friend. Why are you trying to mush your characters together. That’s like if you went up to the writer of Star Wars and shoved your character against Luke like “THIS IS LUKE’S LOVE INTEREST NOW. MAKE MOVIE OF IT.”
If you see people pushing their characters together and drawing their characters interacting and such where they’re actually a part of each others’ stories canonly, more likely than not those people are actually close friends and know each other and have been rambling about their characters’ stories to each other in the background.
