There’s literally a manga that’s just like this. Girl who doesn’t much want to live and so doesn’t take care of herself meets vamp, asks vamp to drain her and he tells her he won’t because her blood tastes awful because she’s anaemic and such. He helps her take better care of herself so she will be tasty and by the time her blood tastes delicious she doesn’t want to die and the vamp has fallen for her.

I didn’t mean to tease, I just didn’t remember the name of the manga but one friendly anon pointed it out to me so now I know you can find the manga here.

I got desperate and googled ‘vampire and anemic girl’ and got this one. Now I have two new vampire stories to read.
