The articles don’t even explain it fully. This women not only complained, but when PF wouldn’t keep the trans woman out, the complainer decided it was okay to tell EVERY WOMAN SHE ENCOUNTERED AT THE GYM about the trans woman. PF told the woman she needed to stop, and she outright refused, thus being kicked out of the gym. PF didn’t kick her out because she was uncomfortable and complained, they kicked her out because she was creating an unsafe environment for this trans woman. Go Planet Fitness for recognizing that.
