Denice the Menace isn’t really a menace, he’s more of an annoyance.
He put bleach in Mr Wilson’s eye drops and made Mr Wilson miss the chance to see a rare hundred year old flower bloom.
I would consider that a menace.
Clearly you and I have been watching different cartoons. The Denice I kept seeing growing up just kind of annoys Mr. Wilson. Heck he doesn’t even try to prank him on purpose it just sort of happens.
I’m talking about the live action movie.
And in the game he terrorized Wilson’s 800 purple cats
