I’m so glad that Steven and Connie didn’t try to pressure her into going because Jamie is a friendly guy. I’m so glad that Steven immediately went “no she’s already a relationship” and I love that Connie didn’t try to push it and just said “we should at least send a reply”

I’m so glad that Garnet didn’t go on the date with Jamie and then burst out that she wasn’t interested after all like so many other shows do to make the guys who relentlessly pursued the girl look like the victims. 

I’m so glad that Garnet was assertive and didn’t indulge him in any way. I’m so glad that she didn’t succumb to feeling bad for him and force herself to go on a pity date with Jamie. I’m so glad that Garnet gave him such solid advice and urged him to go into acting instead of moping about her rejecting him. I’m so glad that Jamie allowed the advice to sink in.

I’m so glad this show exists.

I was so expecting her to go on a ‘pity date’ because thats what we’re so used to seeing and… yes. Bless this show. BLESS IT.
