no, you don’t understand. my friend and I were joking about mjolnir the entire movie before this point. We were joking like what if clints kid just picked up mjolnir or new jarvis and when it actually happened we were like what the actual fuck

Yes, I was completely surprised how Vision a freaking ROBOT was deemed worthy by Mjolnir. The closet candidate to wield it was of course Captain America and sure it would’ve been cool for him to wield it if his shield was broken by Ultron, I knew in my heart he wasn’t going to wield it in this movie. Personally the reason that the Hammer moved at all was because either it slipped a bit in the Captain’s hand or he wasn’t ready to wield it yet.

Thor had to die to become worthy for Mjolnir in the first thor movie. Jarvis “died” and was pieced back together from his shards in the internet before being put in Vision. Captain America almost died but was frozen instead.

I think to be worthy of Mjolnir, one must die protecting the innocent.
