I was at work PAing on a film set yesterday when a male Grip who has been calling me pet names since we started (even though I have asked him not to) saw me enter the room, started to say something, but he hesitated, then said:

“I’m going to just bite my tongue here because I don’t want to get quoted on that Shit People Say to Women Directors blog.”

Okay so maybe your blog hasn’t changed his shitty attitude (what can?), but it certainly shut him up and saved me one less demoralizing remark at work. For that, I thank you a million times over.
