The reason big companies won't produce anything new is because they've only give what they've ever given. And since they keep releasing the same thing, the same thing is what's always at the top. They don't give a voice for devs or players. hell, the only one who does anyhting new is nintendo but they get ridiculed for it by the big companies. But kickstarter does. kickstarter is the next gaming revolution since nintendo brought it back in the 80s

The thing is, Nintendo can do “new” things. But lets face it. It doesn’t. It releases the same game with a few twists. They are the true “Haven’t released a new thing yet” group. Nintendo hasn’t really made anything new since the 90′s,. It’s Zelda, Mario, and sadly no Metroid, since they decided that didn’t sell enough. Nintendo is even worse, but it gets past it by adding really expensive gimmicks that trick people into thinking it’s something new.
