yeah but lets be real here if it meant I could live in a world with completely free healthcare and take tours across entire countries on foot with superpowered animal/else companions I would fight a hundred fucking beedrill at once naked with only a butter knife
as i say every time i see this post,
you can catch beedrill and earn the purest fucking love from its little bee heart with a muffin you earn playing a minute of yarn toss
beedrill is not your enemy
Beedrill are territorial, they are defenders of weedles and Kakunas which are prey to many of the bird pokemon and even things like pikachus, which are in and of themselves also food for many species being rodents.
For those not paying attention, the world of pokemon works like the real world, except with creatures that can breath fire, shoot infinite poison barbs, and likely the dangers of the world ensure humans are on the menu for some pokemon.
Which given the people I know, makes them wish pokemon world was real even more to do things like tame the wilds or face the dangers head on knowing the risks.
To be fair, while yes, Beedrill are territorial and many other pokemon can be vicious, it’s also canon that they 1, don’t kill people very often and 2, can be tamed and befriended much faster and more easily than the real-world counterparts.
And 3, they’re aliens. That’s important too. Season one of Pokemon had actual fish and cows, but by season 294849384 they had all been replaced with Pokemon, which speaks to a slow and complete takeover of the Earth’s ecosystem by invading aliens. Not sure why they haven’t replaced the humans yet.
Actually, 3 is disputable. It may actually be accelerated evolution. We have Cow Pokemon after all. Is there not the chance that all the animals on our planet are evolving into Pokemon? That could easily explain why new Pokemon are constantly being discovered.
Lucario could just be the Pokemon equivalent to a furry. People are all slowly evolving into furries!
humans have been shown to possess superhuman powers such as ash’s great strength or sabrinas psychic prowess. Humans are just another form of pokemon. There are normal types, fighting types, psychic types and human ghosts in the mansions. Not to mention kadabra or alakazam, I don’t remember which, but there was a story of a human child who woke up one day as one in the pokedex. And certain ghost type pokemon like yamast or the ghost stump thing are said to be human ghosts with in some way. Death is just another type of evolution for them.
Also there’s straight up magic. There was that one time when teh gang met a witch that accidentally turned ash into a pikachu.
There are many who posses the capacity to communicate such as meowth, lucario or any number of psychic pokemon
So yeah, I would love to live in a world that doesn’t stop at death. I would love to live in a world where I could become a super powered furry. I would love to have to live in the pokemon world.
