As we get closer to the decision time, it is seeming less and less likely Maia is going to accept the deal. So in preperation for the long journey that is the world of law, I ask that all people that wish to submit a written and signed testimony to be used in court, please begin preparing them as I will need them in our case. We will be filing two claims, one of theft of the laptop and tablet, and the other is her scamming history. Due to the fact she was outside of the states, the second claim we might also submit to the FBI (per legal advise do to the nature and amount). Also, everyone needs to be aware that the likelihood of gaining back any of the funds from her are slim to none but it is a great hope we can at least get Keiko’s stuff back. This will take some time to conclude as we go through the red tape but at Midnight, the emails fly.
