No. If the employee tells the kid not to, or makes the rules present (hence those “don’t climb on this” signs and stuff) then the parents can’t do a damn thing.
“I told the child it was unsafe. If they continued I told the parents it was unsafe.” that’s basically it.
yeah, that’s why they get so mad when you tell the kids not to do the dangerous thing. Because now it won’t hold up in court.
