Pinkie Pie: “Minuette was one of Cadances’ bridesmaids!”

Twilight: *literally squared off against brainwashed Minuette, Lyra, and Twinkleshine during the Canterlot invasion.   Presently lives in the same town as Lyra and is frequently seen in the same scene with her .  Did not recognize they were her “old” friends from her childhood until just less than a year prior when she moved.  Left them in the caves under Canterlot.*

Twilight: *agonizes over how she must have left her old friends emotionally distraught.  Doesn’t even remember their names or that she even really knew them as people until Spike mentions it a year later.*

Twilight: *can sort of be a shitty friend*
