from what I seen in SU…when Gems fuse their weapons also fuse? (sorry if im wrong, I’ve honestly never watched a single episode)

and like, since Garnet is a fusion of Ruby and Sapphire and Garnet’s weapons are Gauntlets, I can imagine Ruby having Boxing Gloves and Sapphire has Brass Knuckles

Yes. the spear became the bow part and the whip became the bow string part. then they used more spears as the arrows.

Sugalite had a ball and chain made up of garnets fist on the end of amethysts whip. It’s perfectly understandable for ruby to have boxing gloves and sapphire to have brass knuckles.

Also, notice how they tought connie how to use the sword and steven has always been more of a shield person. Just food for thought.
