I think anon talk about why Greg take like 10 years to let Steven live with the gems… or meet Conie

From what I’ve seen, he let steven live with the gems for most of his life. He started building the house after steven was born and finished when steven was 4 or 5 and that’s when he officially moved in with them because now they had an actual house.
