Wobbuffet.

FANART OF WOBBUFFET PERTAINING TO THAT ONE THEORY
For those of you that never heard of it, it’s about Wobuffet’s Pokedex entries.

“It hates light and shock. If attacked, it inflates its body to pump up its counterstrike.” - Pokemon Gold

“Usually docile, a Wobbuffet strikes back ferociously if its black tail is attacked. It makes its lair in caves where it waits for nightfall.” - Pokemon Emerald

“It desperately tries to keep its black tail hidden. It is said to be proof the tail hides a secret.” - Pokemon Black/White

The theory states that the blue portion of Wobuffet is nothing more than a decoy, an inflatable dummy - sort of like a punching bag. The actual Wobuffet is the black tail, which it conceals and keeps hidden.
