Am i the only one who hasn’t watched the new season of Dr. Who, just because I don’t like the new doctor? Like i feel like he looks to serious and not funny.

He’s actually hilarious. The sarcasm is great.
The problems with season 8 come mostly from a really boring companion and what seems to be Moffat taking “Dark and Edgy” classes from some first graders.
Capaldi is actually pretty amazing and if anything, you should watch Season 8 to see him in action.
Yeah, the only reason I stopped watching is because I couldn’t stand clara. She’s one of the worsts. And I’m not blaming the actress, I think she’s doing a decent job, I’m blaming the script for making her a mary sue. She had a lot of potential that was wasted by making her too important in the doctors life.
Is she that bad? I loved her as 11’s companion.
She’s unbelievable and not because she told the first doctor which tardis to “borrow”. The script makes her out to be this great character with no flaws and in that, she has no personality. To be human is to be flawed. Also, moffat made her completely retcon the entire struggles of the 9, 10 and 11 doctors by making the destruction of gallifrey not even happen. Also, a lot of the things she’s done have been done by previous companions in a much better written way.
