now that I look at it

since Deoxys eyes are hollow

the blue part looks like a mask

like you poke ur fingers into the eye sockets and pull the blue part up

But the real question is: Whats under it?

I want to draw this

what if its tiny deoxys and the deoxys we know is like a robot they control
