I've started documenting my problems at work. Today a customer yelled at me for not brining a drink he didn't order. It was an online order completely out of our control. We just make what is on the ticket.

Where’s my drink? My Diet Dr. Kelp?! HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO EAT THIS WITHOUT MY DRINK?!
