Don’t put your predator and prey pets together

DONT PUT YOUR PREDATOR AND PREY PETS TOGETHER

Do not put your predator and prey pets together

I don’t care how well behaved they are. I don’t care how much training they’ve had. I don’t care if they like being around each other. Do not do it for even a few seconds. There is no reasoning EVER that will make me think it’s ok. I keep seeing it on my dash, and it makes me so queasy. It only takes on second for instinct to kick in and a life to be taken. Please don’t do it. Don’t reblog it. Don’t encourage it. Nothing is worth the risk.

Do not put your bird, rat, hamster, mouse, anything that is prey near your cat, dog, anything that can be a predator.

Do NOT put your predator and prey animals together. Please.

Especially if it’s a rat and a snake. If the snake isn’t eating the rat, then it isn’t hungry. This can cause harmful stress to the rat AND snake and the rat can lash out and seriously hurt the snake.
