My 13 yearold sister got asked out as a joke today. She’s now locked herself in her room crying. I swear to god this is the most fucked up thing ever. She won’t speak to me or my mom and she’s blasting Taylor Swift but you can still hear her crying.

Okay listen up babies let me tell you a story.

My senior year of high school there was this asshole junior who decided to ask a sophomore to prom for April Fools. And he didn’t just ask, he made a huge deal of it. He got everyone’s attention in the cafeteria, and got a couple of his friends to hold a cardboard sign for him. This girl had a huge crush on him and was super excited and happy but then he just said “April Fools” and she balled her eyes out.

Literally EVERYONE in the cafeteria immediately told him how fucked up that was and before lunch was over everyone knew about it and there wasn’t a single person in the school who thought it was in any way amusing. Because it wasn’t. It was messed up. As i recall, teachers got on him hard for it, for WEEKS, writing him up for dress code and cell phone use even though usually those things went ignored. Even the majority of his friends refused to talk to him after what he did. It was a dick move, and there was no excuse for it.

He ended up going to prom by himself.
