A FEW YEARS BACK THE MAYOR OF MY TOWN CANCELED HALLOWEEN BECAUSE OF THE HURRICANE THAT HAD PASSED A COUPLE OF WEEKS BEFORE. IT WAS HORRIBLE AND I WOULD NEVER WISH THAT ON ANYONE.
How does someone cancel Halloween?
