#they did teenagers soosososososo well #they were reckless and funloving and careless and a little bit selfish#but they were also naturally empathetic to steven’s issues because they go through issues of their own #because they’re in that stage of life where these problems have an impact on them and their emotions and lives and they GET it #and i just loveloveloved how perfectly CREATED these teen characters were #rebecca sugar is my idol
