Quotas, like this, lead to an anti-meritocracy, and only act towards the derringer of the society, because enforcing the quota becomes more important than finding the best.
Who said they weren’t the best at what they do?
It’s not that I’m sure they’re not good, the problem is he Chose them to ONLY BE 50/50 M/F. and not from other factors, a 50/50 split should be coincidental, not mandatory.
