I think this is my favourite

This webcomic was made into a meme for a variety of reasons, most of which circle around the poor skill and mean personality of the artist. In this particular update in the webcomic, the main character’s longtime girlfriend suffers a spontaneous abortion, or a miscarriage.

The idea of the comic becoming a meme was much like the pepe meme: how far can OP deconstruct it while still keeping it recognizable?

OP has deconstructed it so far that the main character is represented by a glass of beer; the nurse is represented by a bunch of grapes; the doctor by a second glass of beer; and the girlfriend by two pieces of sushi.

The joke is compounded by the fact that the text message, much like the fictional fetus, failed to deliver.
