I just had the best interaction with a customer ever. We told them no. They made a scene. The manager walked away. It was great.
No y'all don’t understand she said we needed to call the cops because we wouldn’t price match something on Black Friday weekend that she bought two months ago.
Whoops wrong blog but yeah.
Were the cops called?
No. What would they have done? “Hello sheriff? We need you to come down because Best Buy won’t price match my TV that I bought two months ago.”
The customer was lying out of her ass about the whole situation and was using the cops as a scare threat.
