In this AU Frisk and Chara are both female and yes they are both adults too. In this AU Chara’s eyes are not in her head they are outside of her head and she is still able to see. her chest also has a gap with a void inside of it. Frisk is able to use a type of magic formed from her determination. In this AU Asriel is still dead, and this is what caused Chara to harm people.

And the award for most racist depiction of Frisk goes to this art. 

While the edge seems a bit excessive, I don’t see how their portrayal is racist. also the tags:

That’s actually the colours they are in the game and the artist most definitely did not make them have shelf tits.
