The “War on Christmas” has apparently hit Starbucks

A number of Christians are speaking out against the minimalist design of the coffee giant’s holiday-themed cups, arguing that it oppresses and denies the Christian faith. To fight back, Joshua Feuerstein is encouraging people to buy drinks and trick Starbucks into saying “Merry Christmas.” A Starbucks rep responded with a welcoming message of inclusivity.

as my Christian father eloquently stated: “there are people starving and living in war and they’re worried about red cups?”

this is so embarrassing.

i am feeling a serious amount of second hand embarrassment here

They are literally supporting starbucks by buying their coffee just to get someone to say merry christmas i’m screamin this is so stupid???

I am going to laugh so hard when several of these people “named” Merry Christmas mysteriously show up at the same Starbucks, and then get all pissy about not knowing which order is theirs.

If I worked at starbucks, I would just write “mary” on the cup.
