So a customer told my manager I was a racist because I was multitasking between her and three other customers because my co-worker was already working with her and the customers in line hadn't yet been acknowledged, never mind that one of them has been in here three times today for the same issue.

So apparently by not focusing all my attention on her after telling my co-worker what he needed to do to get her taken care of and doing my job to make sure every customer is at least acknowledged and in the right place I’m a racist.

What the hell is WRONG with people?!

It’s called entitlement. If you’re not devoting every second to one one specific customer, then you’re obviously doing something wrong and are somehow racist
