Never ask an artist when they’re going to be doing sales and stuff on their commissions. 

Seriously, don’t. 

It makes you seem like a cheap ass. 

Especially if you contact them with something REALLY big, and then ask when they’re doing holiday sales. 

Because it’s not gonna be pleasant.
