- Ruby and Sapphire first met 5,750 years ago.
- All four gems are aligned with Homeworld.
- Sapphire is a rare gem in an aristocratic class.
- Rubies are common soldiers, and three were given a mission to protect Sapphire.
- Gems of the same type have voices that are either the same or extremely similar.
- The Lapis Lazuli that we are familiar with was on Earth at this point, as evidenced by the Lapis with the same gem placement as her in the background.
