Except you’re forgetting one thing. If the deathnote cannot kill in circumstances that are possible for the victim to die, it will default to a heart attack. Saitama cannot be killed by a heart attack and no sittuation fabricated could possible kill him so nothing will happen.

Since the Death Note is OP in its own way, couldn’t it make a heart attack strong enough though or would it be an infinite loop?
The death note literally says the person who’s name is written in the book will die. so yeah, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t matter how tough you are.

No they can’t. One of the rules is that you cannot kill a shinigami with a death note. Only the shinigami king can do that. You would need their specific deathnote.
