I bet Ford made that Fez. Or at least found it during his research. And Stan just found it in the mystery shack and put it on and was like “wow this is really comfortable” (because yes, of course it is, because it magically fits everyone’s head perfectly) and kept it.

Or it could be made of elastic material and is a one size fits all
