there are no micro-evolved domestic animals in zootopia.
they were evolved without man’s intervention, therefor no freakish inbreeding to get crazy dog and cat breeds.
At least, that’s what I assume, seeing as there are no domesticated species in the movie. (No house dogs or house cats)
Also only the mammals evolved, meaning fish, birds, and reptiles are probably on the menu for meat eaters.
