New Ted Cruz theory: Yes, he’s the Zodiac Killer.  That’s a given.  But he’s also a time traveler, thus explaining his oh-so-convenient alibi of “not being born yet”.

This leads to a scary possibility.  What if he’s not yet the Zodiac Killer and we’re all giving him the idea?
