Exactly this..

I didn’t experience this, but a handful of my friends did. This is really sad.

Okay this got  me really sad firstly because your character seems like me physically ;A; (so I related a lots more to this )

But seriously, I think we’re a lot artist to have seen this at some point in our life (luckily for me, my family was reluctant to me wanting to be a comic artist but never bitchy ) and I really just hope you never gave up on your art D:

It’s why I never share my art with them anymore

if your a parent reading this. don’t do this if you already have. just how bad of a parent can you be? crushing your child’s dreams.

I had a similar situation when I tried to learn to play guitar. Except you’re drawing and my guitar has been in the back of my closet for years.

Sheesh. It’s times like this where I realize how lucky I was. I went through the exact opposite of this. My parents (especially my dad) would sometimes ask me if I had any new work to show them.
