it’s the grossest garbage that’s just gross for shock value and it’s not even funny
Actually family guy DID have an episode about quagmire having a Parent going through a sex change and while it was played as a joke that Brian was dating her, in the end at the very least they called out Brian for his bigotry after he found out. So family had actually done better on the subject even if it was just once.
