If someone in a Vault Suit with a pipboy, kleptomania, and a dog is wandering around your Wasteland on a series of seemingly unrelated fetch quests, just stay the hell out of their way. Factions will burn in nuclear fire before too long and that’s just not the kind of heat you want to bring down on you.
