it’s so deeply fucked how fat people, especially fat women, are always shamed for getting winded or otherwise tired by physical activity. like, yeah, it’s impossible to build cardio when you’re constantly afraid someone is watching and gonna judge the shit out of you whenever you are visibly exhausted, so you always stop before you hit anywhere near your threshold and put a ton of your energy into self-monitoring for the benefit of spectators instead of focusing on your workout. so many things are forced on groups of people who are then laughed at for what happened to them. everyone should be allowed to move around the world without fear of being openly mocked and it’s crazy that this isn’t the case

this is why i’m scared to go to a gym or go walk around the neighborhood, ppl have made fun of me before and i hate it. it’s weird too cuz if they hate fat people so much, why are they mocking us for getting exercise??? assholes.

this whole thing puts the “i’m concerned for their health” bs to rest because when they do work out,they make fun of them mercilessly. it’s just about abusing them. that’s all it is.
