To anyone who thinks the Ghostbusters reboot is disliked because of the female cast:

unaffiliatedpangolin:

Please explain why other moves with female leads are really well rated, and well remembered, and made shit loads of money.

Hunger Games, Mean Girls, Kill Bill, Star Wars VII, Juno just to name some that did well commercially. Face it the movie looks like an unfunny pile of shit, that nobody wanted, the fact that so many of you want to pin everything on misogyny is just pathetic at this point.

Ghostbusters looks more like it’s using women as a gimmick like that movie mama mia which was absolute shit because it was trying to cater to women and ended up patronizing us

  9. jumatsuga said: Other than the fact that you people ramble about “femnazis” and “SJWs”, and avoid a movie because it is made women and girls in mind to a new generation of people? “Oh blasphemy! A reboot that in no way erases the existence of the original series in this world nor in the movie verse is ruining my precious childhood and is objectively bad because I, a person who refuses to even see it says so.” Cry me a river.
