This si the only proper response to finding someone shitting on your car, fake or not. Lethal force is too much, and anything less than a taser is just weak.
Mace is an acceptable substitute for a taser.

Actually, depending on the state, it is perfectly fine. This could be considered vandalism of private property (in texas, cars are considered private property) so tazing is perfectly applicable.
