I’m amazed, since you know, Captain America and Red Skill constantly trying to kill each other for over a decade is just silly now. If they where always allies, why would they have betrayed each other on the few times they teamed up?

Pretty sure it’s a fake rumor that started when civil war was announced and people started theorizing about how it would happen. He’s not hydra or else the serum wouldn’t have worked.
