• it took three days to complete that process for this particular announcement because she is a candidate for the presidency of the united states and campaigning at this level involves a high degree of planning and coordination
  
• the word “secret” is there to indicate that the file was to be kept secret on the campaign office’s computers in advance of its public release
• none of this is an illuminati conspiracy
• all of this is very standard comms practice
