Yeah, “matpat met the pope while representing the YouTube gaming community” is actually even more ridiculous so I’m not sure context makes this one better

all I can think of is why not a game that actually fucking matters

one that explored themes of choice, consequence, and virtue in a profound and exciting way that nothing else has ever replicated

No matter what game, people would still complain that the pope doesn’t have a computer
