Who plans to shoot cops and walks around with a rifle in broad daylight??
They’re planting the seed.
Witnesses have already confirmed the police shot those cops but of course they can’t let that fly. They’re always going to protect their own, even against their own.

I’m in Dallas and I was at the protest. The man in the picture was s brother of a protester and surrendered his firearm to law officials before the shooting started.
